The Purelite Xstream is a self-contained, lightweight Powered Air Supplied Visor system that provides comprehensive protection in dusty, fume-filled, or particulate-heavy environments. It combines respiratory protection with full eye and face coverage against liquid splashes. The integrated rechargeable nickel metal hydride (NiMH) battery powers a pair of high-efficiency particulate filters for up to 8 hours of continuous clean air supply, delivering 210 litres per minute with a low flow warning at 150 litres/min. The visor features a polycarbonate face shield with a nylon elasticated faceseal and optional tinted or clear overlays. Lightweight at just 1.0 kg, the adjustable headband fits a wide range of head sizes and can be worn over protective clothing or hoods.
