The S 1122 VFR Special for Pallet Repair Reciprocating Saw Blade is breakproof for continuous and effortless flush cuts in wood and metal. Its reverse tip prevents jamming, blade bending and shank breakage, enabling long life. The vario-tooth design reduces vibrations and allows for smooth cuts. Its standard gauge material (0.9 mm) and length provide excellent flush cuts. Made from BIM (bi-metal), the blade’s fully hardened HSS (high-speed steel) tooth strip is bonded with an elastic HCS (high carbon steel) blade, making it ideal for pallet repair applications. Its fine to medium vario-tooth pitch (1.8/2.6 mm) cuts through soft nails and fasteners in pallet construction. Its standard length of 225 mm cuts up to 165 mm deep.
